Our Commercial Litigation Experience

Our Steve White has over 25 years of commercial litigation experience.

He has litigated extensively in the Federal Court in both Victoria and New South Wales, and the Supreme Courts of Victoria and New South Wales in relation to commercial law, information technology, intellectual property and telecommunications disputes. Those disputes have included joint venture disputes, ownership and licensing disputes, trade practices, internet law, copyright, trade mark and patent infringements.

Since 1998, he has been an Accredited Commercial Litigation Specialist.

He served on the board of examiners for Commercial Litigation Specialists for 10 years.
